We're responsible for the cow—not your bar.
The Barnyard does not replace your venue's bartender or beverage-service team.
Our professional handler is responsible for the Highland and guest interaction involving the animal.
Your venue, host, caterer, or bartender remains responsible for beverages and alcohol service.

Every Highland Pour™ appearance is evaluated based on weather, temperature, transportation time, event conditions, duration, venue access, animal temperament, and appropriate rest.
Our professional handler remains with the Highland throughout the experience.
We may modify or decline an appearance when conditions aren't appropriate for the animal.

Does the Highland actually carry drinks?
The Highland wears a specialty setup designed to incorporate beverages into the guest experience.
The exact setup may vary based on the event, venue, animal, and conditions.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No.
All alcoholic beverages are supplied and controlled by the event host, venue, bartender, caterer, or other appropriate party.
The Barnyard is responsible for the animal experience.
Does a handler stay with the Highland?
Always.
A professional Barnyard handler remains with the Highland throughout the entire experience.
Can guests pet the Highland?
Guest interaction may be available depending on the animal, setup, event conditions, and handler guidance.
Our handler supervises all interaction.
Can guests take pictures?
Absolutely.
Photography is a major part of The Highland Pour™ experience.
Can we book it without alcohol?
Absolutely.
Despite the name, the experience doesn't have to involve alcoholic beverages. Other appropriate beverages may be incorporated depending on your event.
Can we combine it with a Beer Burro or Pony Keg?
Yes, depending on availability.
Combining specialty animals is one of our favorite ways to create a complete Barnyard cocktail-hour experience.
Can we use The Highland Pour™ for something other than a wedding?
Yes.
It's also available for select corporate events, country clubs, private celebrations, brand activations, and other special events.
How much does The Highland Pour™ cost?
Every event is quoted individually based on date, location, duration, travel requirements, venue logistics, and any additional Barnyard experiences you'd like to include.

How far do you travel?
The Highland Pour™ is available throughout North Texas and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Southern Oklahoma and extended travel may be available for select events.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly for spring and fall weddings and popular weekend dates.
Availability is limited by both our event calendar and appropriate Highland scheduling.
