Our mobile petting zoos include 8–12 friendly animals such as goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, chickens, and sometimes a highland cow or pony depending on the package.
For on-site barn parties, the same variety is included.

🚗 Do you travel? How far?

Yes! We typically travel within a 60-mile radius of Whitesboro, TX. $2 per mile one-way.

💵 How do deposits and payments work?

To reserve your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Final payment is due 72 hours before your event.

🐥 Do you offer seasonal animals?

Yes! Seasonal options include:

  • Bottle Baby Encounters – $100/hr

  • Holiday Mini Pony – $125/hr

  • Reindeer Experience – $500/hr (limited availability)

⏳ How long are events?

  • Mobile petting zoos: 2-hour minimum

  • Parties at the Ranch: 1-hour minimum

  • Add-ons can extend your event time as needed.

🥳 How many guests can attend a Party at the Ranch?

Our barn space comfortably hosts most children’s parties and family gatherings.
Most groups range from 10–40 guests.
If you're planning a larger group, contact us for accommodations.

🌦 What happens if it rains or the weather is too hot/cold?

For mobile events:
If temperatures are over 95°F or below 50°F, or there's lightning/heavy rain, we will reschedule or transfer your deposit.
Animal safety always comes first.

For barn events:
Our indoor party area is all-weather and can continue rain or shine.

🧼 Do you provide handwashing or sanitizer?

Yes — all events include a hand sanitizer station.
For on-site barn events, you’ll also have access to handwashing.

🚫 Can guests pick up the animals?

For safety, no animal may be picked up, but they can be petted, brushed, and fed (if feed cups are added).

👶 What ages is the experience best for?

Perfect for ages 1–12, but enjoyed by guests of all ages (including adults!).

🎨 Do you offer crafts or activity stations?

Yes!
Kids Craft Table – $75
Includes coloring sheets + crayons for up to 20 children.
Simple, low-mess setup. Additional materials may cost extra.

📸 Do you offer photo setups?

Yes! Barn Backdrop Setup – $150

Perfect for birthday photos and holiday sessions.

🧹 Do you handle cleanup?

Yes — we handle all setup and cleanup for the animal areas.
For barn parties, we clean all animal spaces from our setup, put away chairs/tables, and empty trash cans, but you are responsible for leaving the venue the same way it looked when you arrived!

🐾 Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured, and all animals are well-cared-for, groomed, and handled by experienced staff.
