Important Booking Information
Your booked timeframe includes arrival, setup, animal interaction time, and teardown. Setup and cleanup are completed within your reserved timeframe.
Mileage may apply.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Final balance is due 72 hours prior to your event.
Weather Policy
For the safety and well-being of our animals, events may be rescheduled in cases of severe weather, including heavy rain, high winds, lightning, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures.
If unsafe weather conditions are forecasted, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling options. Deposits may be transferred to a new available date within the same calendar year. Outdoor events must have adequate shade in warm weather.

Heat Policy
Animal safety is our top priority.
Outdoor events must provide adequate shade. During extreme heat (heat index above 95°F), we may modify animal lineup, rotate animals more frequently, or reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
If temperatures exceed 100°F, the event may be rescheduled or animal lineup may be modified. Deposits may be transferred to a new available date within the same calendar year.
We closely monitor weather and will communicate in advance if adjustments are needed.
